Restock priority
Order quantity = (run rate × target cover) − current stock, using the same rate as days-of-cover (7-day rate where it clears 1 unit/day, otherwise the 30-day rate). Sorted by 30-day revenue, so the top of this list is where lost sales cost the most. Retail total is indicative revenue, not cost — it does not account for MOQs, lead times, or case quantities.
SKU detail
Cover = days of stock left at current run rate; out means zero or negative stock, an em-dash means no measurable velocity. 7v30 is the 7-day run rate divided by the 30-day rate — above 1.0 is accelerating, and it is blank where 30-day units fall below the noise floor.
Revenue at risk
Sum of 30-day revenue across CRITICAL SKUs, by snapshot date. Rising means more of the trailing month's revenue is sitting on stock that is out or nearly out.
At-risk SKU count
CRITICAL + WATCH combined, by snapshot date. Watch lines convert to critical as demand accelerates, so a rising bar is an early warning.
Severity (first match wins): CRITICAL = stock ≤ 0 or cover < 7 days · WATCH = cover 7–14 days or 7v30 velocity > 2.0 · DECAYING = 7v30 < 0.5 with ≥ 5 units in 30d · OK = everything else. Restock target = 45 days of cover. Scope is ACTIVE physical SKUs; bundles, gift cards, shipping-protection and other pseudo-SKUs are excluded by handle. Thresholds and scope are edited in references/inventory-thresholds.md and are picked up on the next run. Revenue figures are a 30-day proxy (units × current price), not booked revenue — they ignore discounts, returns and price changes. History retained: 60 days.
