We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide shipping to US, CAN, AUS and the UK, we use various partners to support delivery such as EVRi, Royal Mail, UPS and Australian Post.
Lost or Missing Packages
Cuddlr are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. If your item has been unable to be delivered, due to an error on your part due to incorrect address entry then we will not be able to refund you. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Exchanges & Returns
Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order you must contact us within 6 hours.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started from Cuddlr, it can no longer be cancelled and we are not liable for any mistakes made at the point of ordering.
Defective or Damaged on Arrival
We offer an immediate exchange on all products that are defective or
damaged during shipping and or arrival. Please email us should you have an issue with your order at hello@cuddlr.co.uk and provide an image of the issue for fast resolution.
Items can be exchanged for a different size or if you are not satisfied with the product we can discuss and refund.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your item and wish to exchange or return, please submit the following form as long as the below conditions are met;
Conditions of Return
- Your order has not passed the 30 day return guarantee window (from order delivered)
- Your item is free from hair, debris and other matter which tarnishes the garment
- Do not tarnish the Cuddlr poly bag which the garment came in, this includes sticking notes or celo-tape onto the bag.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, this will be to either our UK or US depot depending on your location.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing
the wrong shipping address) - You incorrectly selected the wrong size during checkout and have received an incorrect product(s) and or size.
- We will however offer an exchange
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours (business days) of receiving your returned item and refunded monies could take up-to 5 days to return to your account. An email will be issued once we have actioned.
