LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Cuddlr are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. If your item has been unable to be delivered, due to an error on your part due to incorrect address entry then we will not be able to refund you. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge. If you notice an error with your address, please email us immediately and we can correct within a 12 hour window hello@cuddlr.co.uk

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please bare in mind the above time-frame, your tracking details may not be updated until several days into the 8-10 process.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in
separate packages. You may receive two tracking links on your email.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order in the following circumstances - 

  • The item has been purchased via the Cuddlr website
  • The item is returned in its original condition with tags 
  • The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit

Please note - if you return your item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund.

Returns are at the cost of the customer, we recommend posting via Royal Mail at a location that can provide a proof of postage receipt, please keep hold of your proof of postage or take a photo for reference until your return has been completed.

If an alternative provider is used and the return does not reach us (due to the alternative provider being unable to deliver to our PO Box), we will not be able to refund you.
