We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some
locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Cuddlr are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. If your item has been unable to be delivered, due to an error on your part due to incorrect address entry then we will not be able to refund you. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in
separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Cosy trousers

Really looking forwards to winter with these warm, cosy, waterproof trousers. First pair were a little short but received great customer service and got it sorted.

Wonderful

Didn’t know what to expect, I was anticipating these trousers to be bulky and limited capacity in movement. I was very surprised to find them very light weight and was able to move around freely in them. Toasty warm ,I haven’t tested them in rain yet. My only comment is, the pocket lining inside is very thin, not sure if they would rip easily, in fact mine came with a hole already in the lining but I can fix that.

Perfect

Just received mine and mums today! Put them on straight away!! Just to check out comfort and sizing. Perfect. Can’t wait to try them out in proper winter when it’s raining as we walk the dogs every night in all weathers

My Cuddlr purchase

Tried them on and they fit perfect. Tbh, havnt worn them yet as it’s not been cold enough but I’m honestly looking forward to wearing them in the cold wet weather, not dreading it coming as I usually do
