We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide shipping to US, CAN, AUS and the UK, we use various partners to support delivery such as EVRi, Royal Mail, UPS and Australian Post.

Lost or Missing Packages


Cuddlr are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. If your item has been unable to be delivered, due to an error on your part due to incorrect address entry then we will not be able to refund you. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Delivery Times During Peak Season

Due to exceptional demand in 2025, we are experiencing temporary stock shortages across several warehouse locations. We replenish inventory every two weeks, which means your order may occasionally ship from two different locations and arrive in separate parcels.

We always aim to dispatch your order from the warehouse closest to your delivery address to ensure the quickest delivery possible. However, if your size or colour is temporarily out of stock locally, your order will be fulfilled from our international warehouse. This may add a few additional days to delivery, but it ensures you receive the exact item(s) you ordered without delays in restocking.

Christmas Returns Policy

We want to make your Christmas shopping stress-free! Any items purchased during the festive period can be exchanged up to January 9th, 2026.

This extended exchange window applies to all purchases from 21st November until 24th December, giving you and your gift recipients plenty of time to find the right size.

Please ensure you adhere to our standard returns/exchange procedure.

  • Your item is free from hair, debris and other matter which tarnishes the garment
  • Do not tarnish the Cuddlr poly bag which the garment came in, this includes sticking notes or celo-tape onto the bag.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, this will be to either our UK or US depot depending on your location. Return address is provided following submission of the following form.

After January 9th, our standard returns and refunds policy below will resume.

Exchanges & Returns

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order you must contact us within 6 hours.

Once the packaging and shipping process has started from Cuddlr, it can no longer be cancelled and we are not liable for any mistakes made at the point of ordering.

Defective or Damaged on Arrival

We offer an immediate exchange on all products that are defective or
damaged during shipping and or arrival. Please email us should you have an issue with your order at hello@cuddlr.co.uk and provide an image of the issue for fast resolution.

Items can be exchanged for a different size or if you are not satisfied with the product we can discuss and refund.

Returns & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your item and wish to exchange or return, please submit the following form as long as the below conditions are met;

  • Your order has not passed the 30 day return guarantee window (from order delivered)
  • Your item is free from hair, debris and other matter which tarnishes the garment
  • Do not tarnish the Cuddlr poly bag which the garment came in, this includes sticking notes or celo-tape onto the bag.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, this will be to either our UK or US depot depending on your location. Return address is provided following submission of the above linked form.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing
    the wrong shipping address)
  • You incorrectly selected the wrong size during checkout and have received an incorrect product(s) and or size.
    • We will however offer an exchange

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours (business days) of receiving your returned item and refunded monies could take up-to 5 days to return to your account. An email will be issued once we have actioned.
