Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid
and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once
the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or
damaged during shipping. Please email us should you have an issue with your order at hello@cuddlr.co.uk.

Items can be exchanged for a different size or if you are not satisfied with the product we can discuss and refund.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your returned item.

Returns & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your item and wish to exchange or return, please submit the following form as long as the below conditions are met;

• Your order has not passed the 30 day return guarantee window (from order delivered)
• Your item is free from hair, debris and other matter which tarnishes the garment

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, this will be to our UK location.

Please do not tarnish the poly bag which the garment came in, this includes sticking notes or celotape onto the bag.

We do not issue the refund if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing
the wrong shipping address)
