Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid
and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once
the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or
damaged during shipping. Please email us should you have an issue with your order at hello@cuddlr.co.uk. Items can be exchanged for a larger size or if you are not satisfied with the product we can discuss and refund.

Returns

Please let us know via email if you wish to return for a refund, refunds will be processed on receipt of your return to

Cuddlr Ltd, PO Box 290, Manchester, M41 4EY. Please note, some courier services will not post to a PO Box so use the post office. 

Please add your name and order number to the package contents.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do
our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, this will be to our UK location.

We do not issue the refund if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing
the wrong shipping address)
