No — there are no duties or import tariffs to pay at all, in any country we ship to. The price you see is the price you pay.

Yes — track it any time on our order tracking page. You'll also get tracking details by email once your order ships.

Yes — you have a one-hour window after placing your order. Using our Order Editing tool you can change your delivery address, adjust your size, apply a discount code, or add items — your card is charged one hour after ordering, which gives you that time to make changes. After that, the order moves to fulfilment. If you're outside the hour, email hello@cuddlr.co.uk and we'll help where we can.

Orders can be cancelled within one hour of placing them, before your card is charged and the order enters fulfilment. After that we're unable to cancel, but you can return your order once it arrives.

First, check your tracking. If something's wrong, email hello@cuddlr.co.uk and we'll chase it with the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address was correct at checkout, as we can't be liable for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Return postage is covered by the customer. You can always send an item back within the 30-day window — return shipping is just paid by you.

Items should be unworn and free from hair, debris and other marks, and the Cuddlr poly bag should be intact (please don't stick tape or notes to it).

Refunds are processed within 72 business hours of us receiving your return, and can take up to 5 days to appear in your account. We'll email you once it's actioned.

Order your normal waist size — they're true to size, now with a bit of stretch. Size up one only if you want a roomier fit or room for a layer. You don't need thermals; they're warm on their own.

Cuffed tucks neatly into boots. Straight leg goes over boots and shoes. Not sure? Go straight leg — it's the more versatile.

A weatherproof polyester outer with 8% elastane for stretch, a windblock membrane, cotton wadding, and a thick Sherpa fleece lining — four layers working as one system.

The outer shell is rated to 10,000mm hydrostatic head — rain beads off and it blocks the wind. We say weatherproof rather than waterproof because the seams aren't taped; for everyday cold, wind and rain they keep the weather off you.

Machine washable at 30°C. Air dry or dry on a radiator. Do not tumble dry, and avoid fabric softener.

Yes — a 30°C wash won't strip the weatherproofing. Over many washes it can start to fade, and if it does you can reproof them at home with an off-the-shelf product such as Nikwax.

Yes — they're warm and weatherproof enough for a day on the slopes, and plenty of customers wear them skiing. They're built as warm weatherproof trousers rather than technical salopettes, so for deep snow you may still want fully taped ski gear.
