We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery following this to the UK is 8-10 business days.

All of our orders are checked by several members of our Warehouse team prior to being dispatched to make sure that nothing is missed. We also weigh our parcels prior to dispatching them. Due to this, resolving this should not be a problem. Please send over a photo of all packaging and your order number to hello@cuddlr.co.uk and our team will be able to look into this for you.

If you've ordered several items from us, you will receive the packages in more than one parcel. This is to ensure there is less issues with the courier with regards to the parcels sizing. There are often occasions where one parcel may be delayed slightly, rest assured it will arrive shortly.

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition. We appreciate the need to try on your items, when we state "unused" condition this means the garment is free from smell, damage or signs of use. The packaging will not be re-used on return.

The hand warmer pouch comes with a USB charging cable. Simply connect it to a USB power source, such as a wall adapter or power bank, and allow it to charge fully before use.

The pouch features three heat modes: low, medium, and high. You can easily switch between these settings by pressing the power button to adjust the warmth according to your preference.

To ensure the longevity of the heating elements, it’s recommended to avoid submerging the pouch in water. Instead, spot clean it with a damp cloth. Always refer to the care instructions for proper maintenance.

Yes, you can use the hand warmer while it’s charging. However, it’s best to avoid prolonged use in this manner to ensure optimal battery health.
